Policy

1. 报名程序
填妥报名表格,并缴付押金,方视为学院认证的报名。请恕学院不会为没有付押金的报名者预留学额
Diploma Course : 全数缴清,或至少总学费的50% 才允许开课
Short Term Private & Group Class:全数缴清,或至少总学费的50% 才允许开课
Long Term Class:相关课程报名费、首月学费、预付款
*乐器只会在缴清学费之后拿到
2. 学额转让
在第一堂课之前,学院允许学员将自己的学额转让予他人,唯需要预先知会学院。
3. 学费事宜
Diploma, Short Term Private & Group Class:第一堂课前必须缴清学费
Long Term Class:需要在最后一个Credit 用完之前或当天缴付学费。倘若拖欠学费满4 堂课 (用完4 堂課Last Month Deposit),学院有权禁止学员继续上课。
4. 调整上课时间、取消课堂
学员欲预先调整上课时间、取消课堂,需在课堂3个工作天前通知学院。若基于紧急因素而调整 上课时间、取消,学院将尽力配合,但不给予任何保证。
5. 暂时停课
学院接受学员申请暂时停课,同1年内停课时间总和不得超过3个月,否则将失去押金。学员负责在暂时停课日期前1个星期,填写相关表格,交到行政处。直到学院负责人发出批准,该申请即刻生效。
6. 转换课程
只有基于合理因素,在学院与学员双方同意下,学员允许转换学院提供的课程,但学员需绝对服从学院的安排与协调。
7. 请假手续 (Private & Long Term Class only)
学员必须在课堂2个工作天前递交请假表,病假、紧急事件需提供相关证明,并提交请假表,行政处批准后生效
凡无批准之请假表、无故缺席者,不得补课
8. 补课制度
Short Term Group Class:
有效期内,学生需提前1天向Admin和老师请假,学院将会安排1次补课给学生,学院有权拒绝一对一补课
Private & Long Term Class:
补课限定在请假日之前,或请假日之后8个星期内完成,逾期将失去补课机会
9. 退款与学费增减
所有已缴付的金额恕不退还。学费不因学员缺席而有所增减。
10. 取消课程
若报名人数不足,学院保留调整上课时间、取消课程权利。若院方主动取消课程,学员已缴付的学费将获得全数退款
11. 学院勒令退学
经常无故缺席、拖欠学费、严重纪律问题、不遵守规章者,学院有权勒令退学
12. 儿童安全条规
监护人有责任在课后即刻接送孩子离开学院。课后无论孩子身处学院与否,学院、老师、工作人员对所发生事故一概不负责
13. 摄影与录影授权
学员/监护人同意让学院于上课时间、学院所举办特别活动进行课程相关摄影与录影。
学员/监护人授权让学院使用、公开上述摄影与录影于善意用途
学员/监护人不会就上述摄影与录影向学院索取任何形式补偿或赏金
14. 如果group class课程,只有一个人上课,上课时间会是45分钟
小组班开课时: 两个星期至一个月的时间

15. 对于“无进步全额退款计划”,学生必须全神贯注地上课,每周不能有缺课,并且学生在学习音乐时必须遵循老师给出的全部指示,并交上老师所安排的功课。 此计划适用于 12 岁及以上至少上了12堂课以上。至于少于12岁以下的小孩班,学生若学了半年(6个月)之后还学不会如何弹奏C 和弦,学院将全额退款押金给学生。

(1) Terms of Registration
The Academy will only recognize the applicant registration provided that the applicant is able to fill in the sign-up form thoroughly and have submitted a payment deposit. Registrants who have not submitted any payment of deposit will not be guaranteed a place of study at the Academy.
Details of payment deposit are as below:
For Diploma Course: Available to start upon full payment made OR at least 50% of total fees are paid as deposit 
For Short-Term Private & Group Class: Full amount of payment made OR at least 50% deposit paid upon submission of registration.
For Long-Term Classes: Sign-Up Fee of relevant courses, course fee of the first starting month, one month deposit.
**Instruments & Free Gifts are only redeemable upon full payment of selected course fees.
(2) Slot of Study Transfer
The Academy allows students to allocate their own slot of study to anyone prior to the first lesson only if they have informed the Academy beforehand.
(3) Notable Information Regarding Course Fees
For Diploma, Short-Term Private & Group Class : The total course fee must be made before or on the first day of class.
For Long Term Classes : You must top up 4 credits before the last credit used up (not included Last Month Deposit). If you have delayed in payment and used up all your Last month deposit, the Academy reserves the right to end or suspend the student from his or her class.
(4) Adjustments of Class Schedule / Cancellation of Regular Class Session
If any students wish to make prior adjustments of their class sessions or to postpone/cancel a class, they are to inform the Academy 3 working days prior to their following class date.  However, it is not certain that we will confirm or execute the changes.
(5) Deferment of Class
Students are permitted to request for a deferment. However, the total duration of deferment must not exceed 3 months within the same calendar year. Students are to submit filled-in documents to the Academy at least 7 days prior to the date of their first deferment. Application of class deferment will only come into effect after the Academy has given approval of the case.
(6) Change of Course
Students are only permitted to switch their original course to another provided if they have valid reasons and under the agreement of both the student and the Academy. However, the students are to comply with any adjustments made by the Academy.
(7) Student Leaves (Applicable Only to Private & Long Term Students Only)
Students are to hand in student leave forms at least 2 working days prior to the leave date. Any sick/medical leave must be attached with a student leave form. Any leaves made will only be of effect once approved by the administration.
(8) Replacement Class System
Short Term Group Classes:
During the effective period, students are eligible to attend 1 time of ongoing group classes. The Academy reserves the right to refuse the arrangement of 1 to 1 replacement classes.
Private & Long Term Classes: Any replacement class must be conducted before or within 8 weeks after the designated leave date. Any requests for replacement classes otherwise will be considered ineffective.
(9) Refunds & Changes in Course Fee
Any course fees paid are not refundable. The amount of course fee payable will not vary according to the students’ absence.
(10) Class Cancellation
The Academy reserves the right to make adjustments/ cancellation of any class sessions if the number of sign-ups has not met the minimum number of students to establish a new batch of class. If the Academy terminates a course, all received payments of the course fee will be fully refunded.
(11) Student Dismissal
The Academy reserves the right to dismiss a student from the Academy. If one fails to comply with basic disciplinary standards, is recorded constantly absent without valid reasons, has outstanding course fees accruals, or fails to obey policies regulated by the Academy. 
(12) Child Safety Regulations
Legal Guardians/ Parents of junior students are responsible for the arrangement of transportation of students at the end of each class session. The Academy is not held accountable for any mishaps or affairs after the end of the students’ class regardless of their presence at the Academy.
(13) Authorization of any photographic and video recording sessions
Upon agreeing with our policy, students and legal guardians/parents have given permission for any making of video and photographs to the Academy with the resources.
Students and legal guardians/parents agree with any photographic content and recordings to be published in public by the Academy.
Parents/Legal Guardians will not request any form of compensation regarding any photographic content.
(14) For Private class student who postpone more than 3 times continuously, we have rights to adjust class time and will not reserve for the same class day and time
(15)For the ‘No Improvement Full Refund Program’, the student has to attend class with full commitment without any class missed weekly, and the student has to follow the full instructions given by the teacher when learning music and send in every homework assigned by teacher. This program applies to age 12 and above and must attend 12 classes as minimum. For kid class (student who are age below 12), students has the right to claim refund on deposit if student do not know how to play C major chord after learning 6 months class.
